There are two ways to close or suspend your Nabjee account — doing it yourself or through support.
Temporary Suspension (Cooling-Off): Log in to your account → Settings → Responsible Gaming → select Cooling-Off. You can choose any period from 24 hours up to 6 months. During this time you won't be able to place bets, but you can still withdraw your balance. Your account will be reactivated once the period ends.
Self-Exclusion (Long-Term or Permanent Closure): From the same settings, go to the self-exclusion option and choose 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Once confirmed, the account cannot be reopened before the selected period ends — even if you contact support. This rule is in place to protect you.
Closing via Support: Help Center Send a request via live chat or email support@nabjee.xyz. Once your identity is verified, your account will be closed within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the closure is processed.

Nabjee's policy allows only one account per person. If the same individual is found to have two accounts, both will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
Two family members with separate accounts: Two completely different individuals can hold separate accounts, provided certain conditions are met. Each account must be registered with a unique mobile number, a separate National ID card, and a different payment method (bKash number).
Using the same device: Two different people can use separate accounts from the same phone or computer by logging in and out each time. Nabjee does not treat device sharing as suspicious as long as the accounts genuinely belong to different individuals.
Warning: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited. Nabjee's system can detect duplicate accounts by analyzing IP addresses, device information, and payment patterns. If suspicious activity is found, both accounts will be required to complete KYC verification.

Change Mobile Number: For security reasons, your mobile number cannot be changed directly. Here's how the process works — an OTP will be sent to your old number for verification, then a second OTP will be sent to your new number. The number will only be updated once both are verified.
